One of the many things that keeps Portland weird is the lax enforcement of parking offenses (outside of unpaid parking meters downtown, those guys are vigilant). Seems like you can park in a crosswalk, in front of a hydrant or backwards pretty much anywhere. Makes for nice compositions of parked cars, too.
This is a Second generation Chevrolet Monte Carlo Landau (1973-77), which probably shares an owner with yesterday’s post. Believe it or not this was Motor Trend’s 1973 Car of the Year. Really not into those headlights, but the rear end is fantastic.
