This is a Mercedes-Benz 230S (1965-68), in quite possibly the best color combination I have ever seen on a Mercedes.  I believe the color is Moss Green, and it has a beautifully maintained hazelnut brown interior as well.  Manual transmission, inline six and the rally lamps make for one desirable car.
